Junho’s new Japanese mini album “DSMN” took first positionat the Daily Oricon Chart on July 20, the day of its release. His new mini album has several tracks, adding the identifytune “DSMN” and a song featuring fellow 2PM member Jun.K entitled “Hyper.”

The mini album also made it to first place in the daily sales scores at Japan’s greatest album retailer, Tower Records.

2PM’s maximumfresh Japanese release “Galaxy of 2PM” also shot to the pinnacle of the Oricon Weekly Chart following its release on April 27.

Junho is latelyappearing a concert excursion in Japan entitled “Hyper,” with his next dates in Sapporo on August thirteen and 14.

Junho's Japanese solo mini album 'Feel' tops Oricon's daily album chart with release

2PM"s Junho evidenced his popularity in Japan with the release of his solo Japanese mini album "Feel" as he topped Oricon"s daily album chart at #1!

He sold 27,939 copies in that day alone, more than any other album on that day, which won him the honor of snugly sitting at the top of the list. For both Japanese albums so far, Junho wrote the lyrics, composed, and even produced, earning respect for his musical talents.

In addition to this, his first solo tour DVD ranked #10 on the DVD portion of the Oricon Charts on the same day as well.

2PM member Junho"s 3rd mini album "So Good" topped Oricon"s daily chart upon release by selling 28,325 copies.

Release on July 15, "So Good" is Junho"s third self produced album after "Kimi no Koe" and "Feel." "So Good" also previously topped Tower Records" presales chart and foreshadowed the album"s great success.

Junho"s first solo album "Kimi no Koe" and second album "Feel" topped various charts across Japan as well.

Tickets to his previous album"s final concert in Nippon Budokan were sold out within a minute of release and displayed Junho"s popularity in Japan.

Meanwhile, Junho began a Japan tour on July 7 and will continue his tour until August.

Beginning his solo career on the right foot, 2PM’s Junho recently took over the pre-order charts in Japan.

Set for a July 24 release, Junho’s first solo album in Japan, Kimi no Koe opened for pre-orders. By July 29, all three versions of Kimi no Koe were spotted in the pre-order chart for Japan’s Tower Records, ranking in the first, third, and seventh spots.

“I was really surprised to hear that not only was the album was number one, but that all three versions ranked within Top 10 on Tower Records pre-order charts. The group’s first completeperiodJap album “Depend on Me” entered the chart in fourth position when it used to be released on January 27. By January 30, it had risen to the head of the chart.

Depend on Me is constituted of seven Japanese tracks, adding Japanese versions in their hits “Chained Up,” “Error,” and “Love Letter,” in addition4 Korean songs.

VIXX has been selling the album in Japan since January 13, with fan meetings in Tokyo, Sapporo, Kobe, Osaka, and Fukuoka. Promotional symptoms and banners for “Depend on Me” have also been on screen in Tokyo’s noted Shibuya district.

On February 2, their firm Jellyfish Entertainment shared an image on Instagram of the contributorsstatus in front of one of their signs in Shibuya, with a caption congratulating VIXX on attaining commencement place at the Oricon daily album chart.

Taeyang’s solo album reaches #2 on Oricon Weekly chart

Oricon has updated their weekly chart revealing Taeyangs latest solo album has hit #2 this week!

Originally released on August 13 in Japan, Taeyangs solo debut album RISE + SOLARHOT grabbed the Oricon Album Daily ranking in 2nd place and topped the iTunes Pop Album charts in 1st place. This week, he ranked #2 on the Oricon Album Weekly chart after the popular Japanese girl group, NMB48.

"RISE + SOLARHOT" featured 29 tracks including Taeyangs Korean hits "Eyes, Nose Lips," "1AM" and "Ringa Linga."

Meanwhile, Taeyang will be going on a solo concert tour in Japan and is scheduled to perform 13 performances in six cities, and is estimated to meet over 70,000 fans.

Girls’ Generation Takes the Top Spot on Oricon Daily Album Chart with The Best

Girl group Girls’ Generation’s Japanese album “The Best” has shot up to the top of the Oricon charts as soon as it was released.

According to Oricon, Girls’ Generation’s ‘best-of’ album that was released on July 23, fittingly titled “The Best,” has already sold over 37,104 copies on the day of its release, causing it to rank number one almost immediately on the daily album chart.

This particular album is a Japanese compilation of the girl group’s biggest hits, which includes all nine of the singles they have released thus far, as well as “Mr.Mr” and a newly released track titled “Indestructible,” for a total of 18 songs on the album.

In other related news, Girls’ Generation has successfully wrapped up their arena tour “Girls’ Generation LovePeace Japan 3rd Tour 2014.”

2PM Junho’s first solo-tour DVD reaches 1st on the Oricon Chart

Promotions in Japan seem to be doing well for 2PM member Junho, whose DVD “1st Solo Tour ‘Kimi no Koe’” has reached 1st on the Oricon Chart.

Since going on sale, Wednesday June 18th, the DVD has gone up to the top slot for daily DVD and music rankings.

This DVD includes all parts of Junho’s successful Japan tour held back in 2013 within the Tokyo International Forum A, from the beginning to the finale. Fans who were there will be able to reminisce back to the concert, while those who weren’t able to make it can enjoy Junho performing onstage as a solo artist, which he hasn’t shown much in his native country.

Additionally, when the ringtone of Junho’s upcoming second solo mini album Feel’s title track (of the same name) got released back on Monday June 16th, it reached 1st place on the Oricon Chart’s weekly ringtone rankings.

This year, it is also reported that both 2PM’s third Japanese album “Genesis of 2PM” and Jun.K’s solo mini album “LOVE & HATE,” released in January and May respectively, have reached 1st place on charts, contributing to 2PM receiving much attention from Japanese fans and media.

In related news, Junho will be promoting his album from Thursday, July 3rd in Japan through a second solo tour, which consists of five cities and twelve concerts. Tickets will be out soon, so be sure to stay tuned for more info!
