Actress Sues Famous Film Director Because of Abuse & Unwanted Sex Scenes

Famous Korean movie director Kim Ki Duk has recently been sued by an actress he worked with in the past. The actress has stated some wild claims and is looking to sue the director for 2 reasons.

Although the actress has yet to be identified or revealed herself yet, she was stated to have been working on the hit 2003 film 'Moebius' before quitting the role. Now she is suing Kim Ki Duk for the abuse she received from way back then.

Various media outlets and reports stated, "The actress is suing Kim Ki Duk for physically assaulting her with a slap to her face and for forcing her to shoot a sex scene which was allegedly not part of the script in 'Moebius.'" It was also reported she was forced to touch another actor's genitalia. Police are now investigating her claims.

Film director Kim Ki Duk has been accused of assaulting female actress 'A', as reported on August 3.

Reports stated that an actress 'A' filed a lawsuit with the Seoul Central Prosecutor's Office against the film director for slapping her on set and demanding that she film a 'bed scene' not initially included in the script. The actress was first cast for the lead female role in Kim Ki Duk's 2013 film 'Moebius', but due to Kim Ki Duk's mistreatment, she chose to halt her participation in the film, and a different actress was cast for the role.

Korean film director Kim Ki Duk has been sued for allegedly assaulting an actress on set.

According to reports on August 2, an actress, who remains anonymous (hereafter referred to as “A”), sued director Kim Ki Duk for assault and coercion. The Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office is reportedly handling the investigation themselves with the assistance of a detective unit, rather than having police investigate the situation per standard procedure.

'Abnormal Summit' confirmed to invite famous French film director

Talk show 'Abnormal Summit' will be inviting French film director Luc Besson as a guest!

This will be the 'Valerian' director's first appearance on a Korean broadcast. Following the broadcast, the director will head over to a press conference and meet fellow audiences with a surprise stage greeting to commemorate the premiere of the film.

Ha Jung-woo and Son Ye-jin take home Best Actor and Actress at Chunsa Film Festival

Ha Jung-woo and Son Ye-jin were honored with the Chunsa Film Festival Best Actor and Actress.

The event was held in COEX on the 24th. Ha Jung-woo was awarded Best Actor for "Tunnel" and Son Ye-jin Best Actress for "The Truth Beneath".

Ha Jung-woo made a speech thanking those he worked with in the movie and thanked the director for giving him such a good character.

Son Ye-jin also made a speech saying she felt more responsible with every award she got.

Meanwhile, the Best Director went to Na Hong-jin from "The Wailing", the Best Supporting Actor to Park Jung-min from "DongJu, The Portrait of A Poet" and the Best Supporting Actress to Yoo In-young from "Misbehavior".
