ARMYs are asking American retailer 'Target' to start shelving BTS albums

Recently, one ARMY went on Twitter to request Target, an American retailer, to stock up on BTS albums.

The initial tweet was quoted with "@AskTarget Can you guys stock @BTS_twt albums? U.S. fans want to pre-order next month! @bts_bighit #BTSinTarget @samantha_alaimo". The retailer cleverly responded, "These "Fun Boys" are on "Fire" now. We'll share your request to carry their albums with our buyers. Thanks for tweeting your request!" 

Since then, Target has been receiving an overload of tweets from fans all over America asking for the group's albums to be stocked in their regions, from areas such as California, Georgia, to Washington DC.

According to fans, Wild 94.9,San Francisco's most popular radio station, played BTS's "Not Today" two days in a row! Chicago's most popular radio station,Hits 92 Chicago, also played "Cypher Pt.3 and "Fire" throughout the week.

Fans had already taken picturesof their car radios and uploaded photos alongside videos to Twitter, with many of them going viral within a day. Many fans felt grateful and claimed this was a big feat because, allegedly, not even PSY's "Gangnam Style" played on the radio despite its viral power.

BTSs enormous fanbase (ARMY) is banding together once again, and this time they are uniting on Twitter in an attempt to get BTS to the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards.

After BTSs successful western award show debut earlier this month at the Billboard Music Awards, ARMYs are uniting once again to get the K-Pop group onto a western award stage: the MTV VMAs.

This would make BTS the second K-Pop act after PSY to attend the VMAs and would be the 5th time a K-Pop artist made it onto a western award stage.
