The first battle was between the two groups of trainees who performed 2PMs debut track 10 Out of 10. Although both teams impressed with high-energy performances, viewers noticed a problem in the point system. The team scores were determined through the sums of the individual scores, but the first team (Kim Tae Min, Kim Tae Woo, Kim Hyun Woo, Yoon Jae Chan, Yoon Ji Sung, Lee Hoo Lim) had one less member than the second team (No Tae Hyun, Park Woo Jin, Byun Hyun Min, Ahn Hyung Seob, Yoon Yong Bin, Choi Jun Young, Hong Eun Ki).
