The woman who falsely accused actor Uhm Tae Woong of sexual assault has been sentenced to jail.

After allegations of sexual assault came up last August, Uhm Tae Woong was acquitted of rape, but he was fined for soliciting prostitution. On April 28, the accuser, Ms. Kwon, was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in prison as well as 40 hours of a sexual assault program. In the first trial against Ms. Kwon, the judge,Oh Taek Won, found there was an implicit and implied agreement on her part as she had engaged in three different known instances of sexual intercourse with the actor.

One user on an online community site accused the NU'EST member of having sexually assaulted her 8 years ago, when she was in her first year of junior high and Baekho was in his second year. They attended the same cram school, and had been on their way back home in the cram school bus. She revealed the drive back was about 30 minutes.

On June 23, photos of a nude male lying on a bed caused a stir online, with debates arising as to whether or not the male in the photos was Lee Dae Hwi or not. Brand New Music has stated in regard to the photos, "It is absolutely not true that Lee Dae Hwi's nude photos have been exposed online. We are currently discussing taking legal actions."
