The annual 'DMC Festival' is once again taking place this year from September 16 to September 24. A total of 7 special concerts and events are scheduled including 'K-Pop Super Concert', 'Super Match Seoul', 'Radio DJ Concert', special 'Mask King' live broadcast, 'Asia Music Network Big Concert', 'Have Fun at Sang Am', 'Korean Music Festival', and 'Hall of Fame Shin Joong Hyun'.

MBCs Korean Music Wave will be held on September 23 at 7 p.m. KST. This concert is a part of the 2017 DMC Festival, which was held for the first time in 2009 at Incheon. Over the years, Korean Music Wave has been held in Thailand, Japan, France, Australia, and the United States. This year is a special concert to support the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics.

The atmosphere as soon as the members appeared on stage, almost a throwback to where they held their first fan meeting at the same venue in 2011.

Highlights brought their A-game performance starting with Plz Don't Be Sad. It's wonderfully catchy and the wild upbeat tunes definitely impossible to be sad about it. They continued to ride the wave of this musical festival with Calling You and YeY. "Our group experienced a lot of changes recently, but we can see that your love for all of us never faded," said the leader Yoon Doojoon. He further added "We're so touched and we can't thank you enough. We thanked all of you loving other K-Pop artistes too."

On August 30, the lineup was announced for the 2017 Korea Music Festival run by the Korea Management Federation and Fandom School.

The festival will aim to create a unique experience of interaction between artists and fans through diverse performance formats. EXO-CBX, Red Velvet, NCT127, WINNER, BLACKPINK, TWICE, FTISLAND, BTOB, B1A4, Apink, EXID, Highlight, GFRIEND, and Wanna One are confirmed to attend the first year of this event.

The upcoming 'Fandom School 2017 Korea Music Festival' has confirmed its complete artist lineup!

The event will take place on September 30 and October 1 for two days at the Gocheok Sky Dome. Artists in attendance will include EXO-CBX, WINNER, F.T. Island, BTOB, Highlight, Wanna One, EXID, B1A4, A Pink, TWICE, Black Pink, NCT 127, Red Velvet, G-Friend, and more.

The first day, September 30, will consist of rookie idol group performances, headed by Wanna One. On October 1, other artists representing Korea as mentioned above will decorate the grand finale. The festival will also consist of various festival booths inside the venue, with events taking place all day on both days. Tickets will be sold on three separate days - September 6, September 7, and September 11.
