She added, "I gained a lot of weight during IOI promotions, and realized it made my dancing not look as nice. I wanted to look more mature, so I decided to go on a diet. I didn't really work out, but I practiced dancing so much that I burned a lot of calories. I also had a strict eating plan. Instead of rice, I ate chicken breast, sweet potatoes, cucumbers, and tomatoes for a month."
