"Confession of Murder" to be remade in Japan

Jeong Jae-yeong and Park Si-hoo's "Confession of Murder" is being remade in Japan.

The filmused to be released in 2012 and collected about 2.7 million viewers. The motion pictureis set a serial killer liberating an autobiography on his murders and turning into a star. Park Si-hoo's role of the killer may be taken on by way of a notedJap actor named Fujiwara Tatsuya. Jeong Jae-yeong's role of the former detective will be played by Ito Hideaki.

Meanwhile, "Madonna" changed into remade in America. The rights was purchased by Meaningful Productions.

Unexceptional offer despite "Rape charge not proven"

"Confession of Murder" starring Park Si-hoo who is involved in a rape case, will be released in Japan.

"Confession of Murder" will be shown in Sinjuku and Ropponggi, Tokyo starting from the 1st of June. Stills from the movie and the making site will also be displayed.

Considering the fact that Park Si-hoo is currently under investigations for charge of rape, this case is unusual. The production of the movie claims, "The release of the movie in Japan was decided because it hasn't been proved that Park Si-hoo is guilty of rape". However, the initial plan of releasing it in 20 or so theaters has been put on hold. It will depend on the progress of the case.

Park Si-hoo and Jeong Jae-yeong's "Confession of Murder" is about a murderer who writes a biography after 15 years of statute of limitations and becoming a star.

According to the movie’s distributor CJ E&M, the japanese edition of the movie has long past into productions with plans to be released into theaters early next year.

“Miss Granny,” starring Shim Eun Kyung and Na Moon Hee in the identify role, opened in Korean theaters in January of remaining year to fantastic success. Previously, it's been adapted into a a success Chinese movie titled “20 Again” with EXO‘s Luhan in one of the most supporting roles. The Vietnamese adaptation could also be slated to open in Vietnamese theaters in December, below the title “I’m Your Grandmother.”

CJ E&M extra published that negotiations with India, Thailand, Germany, and Indonesia were in talks for even more remakes.

Tabe Mikako and Mitsuko Baisho will be starring in the Japanese remake as the major character, an old girl who unearths herself magically remodeled into her more youthful self.

Park Si Hoo says, I almost gave up on shooting Confession of Murder Actor Park Si Hoo recently talked about the difficult situations he went through during the shooting of his first film.

A press conference for the production of the film Confession of Murder was held on October 10. Lead actors Jung Jae Young and Park Si Hoo and director Jung Byung Gil attended the conference.

Park said, I worked really hard because it was my first film, but I though of giving up for the first time in my acting career during the shoot. There was a scene at a swimming pool, and I shot it in winter. Because the water was so cold, I almost got frostbitten. Im sad that a big part of the scene has been cut off.

Park plays the role of Lee Doo Suk, a serial killer.

Confession of Murder is an action thriller film about Lee Doo Suk (played by Park Si Hoo), a serial killer who publishes his autobiography after the statute of limitations on his case expires. He becomes popular, and Choi Hyung Goo (played by Jung Jae Young), a detective who was in charge of the case fifteen years ago, tries to put him into prison by getting down to the grass roots on some unsolved disappearance cases that seem to be related with him.
