Actor Daniel Henney has been cast in the 13th season of American CBS drama Criminal Minds as a series regular!

After co-starring in the spinoff Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders for two seasons, Daniel Henney is finally joining the flagship series, where he will continue to play Special Agent Matt Simmons.

The 13th season of Criminal Minds is set to air its first episode on September 27. The returning cast includes Joe Mantegna, Paget Brewster, Gubler, A.J. Cook, Aisha Tyler, Kirsten Vangsness, and Adam Rodriguez.

Produce 101 Season 2 Trainee Kang Daniel Apologizes For Alleged Foul Play

Kang Daniel from Produce 101 Season 2 is under fire for an action that could possibly be unfair for the other trainees on the show.

After announcing the 60 surviving trainees on May 5, Mnet began a survey online for the national producers (viewers) to match trainees with a concept song that best fits each trainee. Each song will then be performed by the trainees that were assigned through these votes.

The problem arose when Kang Daniel changed his Instagram description to hint that he wanted to perform a certain song, and many netizens pointed out that this action was unfair, given that he was trying to lead the votes in a certain direction. As the controversy grew, he changed his Instagram description to an apology that reads, I will think before acting. I apologize.

Mnet announce their decision in penalizing Kang Daniel for foul play on 'Produce 101' season 2

Mnet spoke up about the controversy involving MMO Entertainment trainee Kang Daniel. 

Kang Daniel of 'Produce 101' season 2 was accused of foul play for communicating with fans via social media about his preferred song choice. Many netizens found his actions unfair and some even demanded him to depart the show.

On May 8, Mnet officially announced their final decision on Kang Daniel. They stated, "We consider fairness first and foremost. We have recently found out that the online votes by nation's producers have been influenced by a trainee. As the penalty, the trainee will not be able to use the song that caused the issue."
