EXO tops album sales for the 2nd week in a row

EXO's 'The War' has topped album sales charts once again.

Their 4th full album was released on the 19th, and it ranked #1 on Hanteoand Synnaraonce again. It's been two weeks since the album was released, but sales are still going strong for the boys.

TWICE break their own record on Hanteo for most album sales in the first week for a girl group with 'Signal'

TWICE is continuing to make new records with their latest hit ''Signal''.

With their previous album 'TWICECoaster Lane 2', TWICE became the girl group with the most album sales in the first week by selling a total of 113,611 copies. 

TWICE beat this incredible record of their own on Hanteo with their latest album 'Signal', which sold 114,245 copies in the first week.

TWICE also has broke their own record for most album sales on the first day for a girl group with 'Signal'.

Seventeen's 'Al1' becomes the idol album with 2nd highest first-week sales in 2017

Seventeen keeps growing.

The boys' most recent 'Al1' is their most sold album yet, with 192,399 first-week sales compared to the 131,998 first-week sales of their last mini album 'Going Seventeen'. This puts them at 2nd highest idol first-week sales in 2017, and 10th highest idol first-week sales of all time.

SEVENTEEN Tops Billboard K-Pop Best Selling Album Chart of the Week!

SEVENTEEN is the best performing K-pop album this week on Billboard's World Album Chart. The K-pop group's comeback album "AI1" entered the charts last week and maintained its strong performance this week.

Based on its Billboard World Album Chartsstanding, SEVENTEEN landed on the #4 spot this week, which is a slight slip from its #2 spot last week. SEVENTEEN is joined by other Korean acts ASTRO, AOMG's Loco and BTS who took the 6th, 7thand 8thspots this week.

SEVENTEEN has earlier been lauded by Billboard for being one of the most innovative K-pop acts in the industry. Its latest comeback "AI1" was praised by reviewers for its courage in changing up the group's style from its normal dancey vibe to take on an edgier approach with its EDM track "Don't Wanna Cry."

According to Hanteo, Cosmic Girls first week sales for their first full-length album Happy Moment recorded 10,300 copies. This is almost three times more than the sales from their last release in January, which was their third mini album From. WJSN. This record is especially significant when taking into consideration that girl groups typically do not sell as many physical albums as boy groups.
