On September 14, police revealed they completed their investigation into A's claims on the 11th, and they will now start questioning Kim Ki Duk. In early August, ActressA filed a lawsuit against the film directorwith the Seoul Central Prosecutor's Office for slapping her on set and demanding an unscripted love scene.

While this movie refers human trauma to a unique family, Kim Sun-young-III takes on the role of Seon-yeong, an ordinary but not so ordinary daughter-in-law. She's also someone with wounds to heal and the actress did an impressive performance in the movie.

Film director Park Chan-wook will serve on the jury for this year's Cannes Film Festival, which is set to kick off next month.

Park is the fourth Korean to sit on the jury at Cannes after film director Shin Sang-ok in 1994, film director Lee Chang-dong in 2009 and actress Jeon Do-yeon in 2014.

Acclaimed Spanish film director Pedro Almodvar was named as the president of the jury. The eight member jury also includes American actors Will Smith and Jessica Chastain and Chinese actress Fan Bingbing,

EXOs D.O Confirmed To Be Starring In New Film Headed By Famous Korean Director

Earlier, it was reported that EXOs D.O (Do Kyung Soo) would be starring in a new film called Swing Kids (tentative).

Since then, SM Entertainment has confirmed that D.O will be taking on the lead role in Swing Kids. The agency stated, [D.O] is honored to be working with director Kang Hyung Chul.

Swing Kids is a film set in a concentration camp in North Korea during the Korean War. Ro Ki Soo, the character that D.O. will be taking on, is a North Korean soldier who falls in love with tap dancing in the midst of all the chaos.

EXO's D.O. is confirmed for a new film. 

On May 8, SM Entertainment announced that D.O. is starring in 'Swings Kids' by famous film director Kang Hyung Chul who was in charge of 'Tazza', 'Sunny', and 'Scandal Maker'. The idol actor will be playing a North Korean soldier named Ro Ki Soo who falls in love with tap dancing. 

The label also stated, "It's an honor that D.O. gained the opportunity to work with director Kang Hyung Chul."
