GOT7 kick off their Japanese showcase tour with a sold out Osaka concert

GOT7 started their Japanese showcase tour.

This is the boys' 3rd showcase tour, and is titled 'GOT7 Japan Showcase Tour 2017 'Meet Me'. The boys started off in Osaka, where they sang their 4th Japanese single "My Swagger", as well as "Meet Me", a song that leader JB wrote lyrics to and composed himself.

The Osaka was completely sold out, as are their future shows in Nagoya on the 11th and 12th, in Tokyo on the 13th and 14th, in Sapporo on the 19th, in Sendai on the 21st, and in Fukuoka on the 27th.

G-Dragon Kicks off World Tour with Concert in Seoul

G-Dragon of boy band Big Bang launched his solo world tour with a performance for 40,000 adoring fans at World Cup Stadium in Seoul on Saturday. The show followed the release of his first solo album in four years.

The concert, which took in W4.4 billion in ticket sales, will likely be one of the singer's last in Seoul before he is drafted (US$1=W1,125).

Unable to tear themselves away after the 21-song, two-hour show, the fans launched into an a cappella version of G-Dragon's 2009 hit "1 Year Station" in the dark. After five minutes, the singer returned to the stage and performed a three-song encore including his new track "Untitled, 2014". Although the song was released just three days earlier, the fans knew it by heart and sang it with him.

Some Produce 101 contestants are being accused of making use of GOT7s Hard Carry in the composition of their original song and choreography.

In a recent episode of Mnets Produce 101, groups had to perform a song a dance as part of the A-F rank level test. The group from Brand New Music, which consisted of trainees Kim Donghyeon, Park Woojin, Lee Daehwi, and Lim Yeongmin, performed what they claimed to be a completely original composition accompanied by original choreography.
