Shinhwa Company to take legal action following sudden Japanese concert cancellation

On May 24, Shinhwa Company made an official announcement via Facebook regarding the sudden cancellation of Shinhwa's Japanese concert, '2017 SHINHWA LIVE UNCHANGING IN JAPAN', that was originally scheduled to be held on May 30-31.

Shinhwa Company explained, "The Japanese performance agency responded insincerely to the contract regarding the performance preparations. They are not showing any interest in going about with the concert due to the issue about the agency giving out information to Japanese fan club during the pre-sale period in the end of April, which has nothing to do with the actual concert itself."

The boys will be at Seoul's Shinhan Card Fan Square Live Hall from June 10-12 for their 'TENTASTIC Vol. 2 ~TRUST~'. As the boys debuted in October last year, June will mark just 8 months since they debuted.

The boys will have a different concept each day - a 'P' day, a 'T' day, and a 'G' day. The 'P' day will be emotional stages while the 'T' day will be dance stages. The boys are also coming back soon, so there's a chance that they'll be performing their new songat the concert as well.

TWICE has taken home their second trophy for their latest comeback, Signal!

TWICE beat out PSYs I LUV IT on the May 25 episode of M!Countdown. Instead of live performances, the show aired performances from KCON Japan this week, so the girls gave their thank-you speeches through a recorded video. TWICE thanked Park Jin Young, who made their title track, as well as their fans, known as ONCE.

Over 30,000 people attended KCON Japan this year, which took place over three days from May 19-21. 27 artists (groups, solo artists and special units) performed at the concerts, including Block B, 2PMs Junho, GOT7, SEVENTEEN, Apink, PRISTIN, ASTRO, Heize, DAY6, Cosmic Girls (WJSN), DAY6, CNBLUE, MONSTA X, BTOB, and many, many more.
