Former Produce 101 Season 2 trainee Ha Min Ho previously had to leave the show and his agency for allegedly trying to engage in sexual relationships with underage fans and sexually harassing his ex-girlfriend in middle school.

"Produce 101" Season 2 has decided to penalize Lim Min Young for cheating, adding the list of contestants who have committed foul play in the competition.

Allkpop reported, Lim Min Young has been accused of cheating and spoiling rankings to his girlfriend, which is strongly prohibited. Angry fans of the trainee accused him of cheating, just like Kang Daniel, Kim Dong Bin, and Lee Ki Won did previously. Moreover, Lim Min Young's brother said in an online chat room that Lim Min Young had requested certain songs on the show, which is clearly against the rules.

On May 24, a source from his agency Brave Entertainment stated, We believe that it is very difficult for a 16-year-old to endure the spreading of false information and attacks on his character by himself. So we will be filing a complaint against malicious commenters for the cyber crime of defamation and slander in accordance with the Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection Act.

'Produce 101' season 2's Kim Samuel to take firm legal action against malicious commenters

Current 'Produce 101' season 2 trainee Kim Samuel, formerly known as Punch, will be taking firm legal action against malicious commenters due to false rumors and verbal abuse spreading on the web.

His label Brave Entertainment addressed the malicious comments spreading online, stating they have crossed the line in regard to the amount a 16-year-old can deal with. Previously, Kim Samuel has been subject to a series of rumors, including false rumors about his Chinese fans manipulating votes, bullying rumors, verbal abuse, inappropriate sexual references, and more.
