Representatives of GOT7s Jackson have denied rumors that he will be appearing in a Chinese variety show that has been accused of plagiarizing tvNs Youns Kitchen.

Chinas Hunan TV recently announced that it is working on a new program called Chinese Restaurant (literal title) for their third quarter schedule. Soon after, there were media reports that GOT7s Jackson would be appearing on the show, and the news spread further when the new shows Weibo account shared a post related to the idol.

iQiyi's upcoming variety program 'The Rap of China' is getting a lot of rap from netizens for possibly plagiarizing Mnet's 'Show Me the Money.'

One netizen criticized the show via an online community board for its similarities in terms of how the overall show is run not to mention the brand identity.

Let's take a closer look, shall we? First at the obvious logo.  The words 'The Rap of China' is stylized in a similar matter with a hint of gold in the words and background.  Then how about Korea's 'Show Me the Money?' It is the same. One can see that the background is decorated in gold.

Youns Kitchen producer Na Young Suk has commented on the program being allegedly plagiarized.

At a press conference on June 1, he was asked about the accusations of upcoming Chinese program Chinese Restaurant (literal translation) plagiarizing Youns Kitchen. He responded, I have not seen the program myself, so I was unable to check if its true.
