KARD chosen as global ambassadors for Seoul campaign 'I.SEOUL.U'

The wonderful members of KARD have been selected to be the global ambassadors of the Seoul Metropolitan Government's campaign 'I.SEOUL.U'.

The group attended an appointment ceremony at 9:10 AM KST on July 24. They're going to be the faces of the 'I.SEOUL.U' campaign following stars such as Rain, Lee Byung Hun, and Super Junior.

KARD said, "We're honored to be chosen as the ambassadors of the 'I.SEOUL.U' brand that represents Seoul. We hope to be a help to spread Seoul. We will promote harder to spread 'I.SEOUL.U' all over the world."

On July 31, the production team of Criminal Minds announced, From August to September, we will raise awareness fighting violence against women with the city of Seoul, which is enforcing policies to create a safer city for women. We will be informing citizens about Seouls women protection policies through online channels, social media sites, and in the streets.

From April 15-16, British rock band Coldplay performed at Seoul's Jamsil Olympic Stadium. 

The band must have had a chance to explore Korea during their visit because after they wrapped up their concert performances, band member Chris Martin took to Coldplay's official Twitter to post a photo of a monument. He also gave a shoutout to popular Korean indie band Nell, writing, "Thank you, South Korea. Here's a song by Korean band Nell that I like very much. Happy Easter. Love, CM."
