From July 3 to August 4, the Korea Business Research Institute collected and analyzed 139,172,914 pieces of data for 40 of the most-loved variety shows, using consumer brand participation and communication, media consumption, brand diffusion, and consumption.

MBCs Infinite Challenge came in first place with a total of 11,229,508 points. Second place went to MBCs I Live Alone with 8,585,148 points. KBSs Happy Together came in third place with 8,583,651 points.

The results are based on the analysis of interaction, media coverage, communication, and community indexes for 33,385,505 pieces of big data on 36 variety stars from August 1 to September 2.

The Korean Business Research Institute analyzed the brand reputation of girl groups by looking at interaction, media coverage, communication, and community indexes of 65,243,082 pieces of big data from July 10 to August 11.

Red Velvet took first place with a brand reputation index of 7,965,320, which is a 145.19 percent increase from their score last month. This increase was largely due to the groups comeback with Red Flavor last month.

106,096,019 pieces of data were analyzed from July 11, 2017 to August 12, 2017, focusing on interaction, media coverage, communication, and community indexes to set the rankings. This is a 2.35 percent increase from the amount of data collected in July.

For the month of August, EXO came in at first place with an interaction index of 1,919,456 points, media coverage index of 2,487,480 points, communication index of 3,590,706 points, and a community index of 9,192,234 points for a total of 17,189,876 points. Compared to last month’s 10,121,903 points, their score has increased by 69,83 percent.
