Recently, Kim Chungha participated in the Genie Musics artist talent donation campaign, Genie Music Challenge, to donate 980,000 won (approximately $850) for children with hearing loss.

In accordance to the rules of Genie Music Challenge, Kim Chungha sang and danced to her debut song Why Dont You Know in a karaoke setting. Although Kim Chungha said that she felt awkward singing her song for the first time with a karaoke machine, she did an outstanding job, scoring 98 points out of 100.
