Parc Jae Jung And NCTs Mark Are The First Team-Up For SM And Mystic Entertainments New Variety Show

On May 23, SM Entertainment and Mystic Entertainment announced that they would be collaborating together on a new music variety show.

The show will be a team-up between Mystics producing director (PD) Yeo Woon Hyuk and SMs PD Lee Ye Ji. Yeo Woon Hyuk has previously worked as the chief of JTBCs variety department and launched the success of shows like Ssulzun and Ask Us Anything. Lee Ye Ji has previously worked in the KBS variety department on shows such as Hello Counselor and Our Neighborhood Arts and Physical Education (also known as Cool Kiz on the Block).

'INFINITE's Starry Night' will not take place this year due to members' conflicting schedules

Unfortunately for fans of INFINITE, or Inspirit, 'INFINITE's Starry Night' will not be happening this year, on the group's 7th anniversary.

The group will be celebrating their 7 years since debut this June 9. 'INFINITE's Starry Night' began back in 2011 as a radio broadcast for fans, continuing in 2012, taking a break from 2013-2014, then taking to a live broadcast celebration from 2015.

Woollim Entertainment told news outlets on June 7, "Because of the members' conflicting schedules, 'INFINITE's Starry Night' will not take place this year. We are currently discussing a different broadcast that the members with available schedules will carry out."

Singer Jessica recently shared a special lyric video for "Starry Night".

The footage features a home video effect for a nostalgic approach in addition to lovely stylized font for the lyrics. "Starry Night" was a track from Jessica's 10th anniversary since debut album 'My Decade'.

On September 1, Jessica shared a video for Starry Night that features plenty of footage of her having fun behind the scenes of her latest release. It also includes a touching moment of the crowd at her show cheering for her.

'Produce 101' season 2 fans are furious at the announcement of a 'concert team'.

The concert team will be made from boys whose final ranks are #12-#35. These 24 boys will only be at the concert for the next two years, and will act as backup dancers for the top 11 boys while not even being able to debut.

Fans are furious at the announcement, and a petition has been created, signed by over 7,500 fans in 17 hours. The final goal of the petition is 10,000 fans. The petition reads, "The trainees are not a way to make money, but people. They can't be used however the program sees fit just because they were on the show."
