Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin might be partnering up for a new film. 

On May 10, representatives of both actors revealed that they are currently reviewing an offer for new film 'Negotiation'.

'Negotiation' is a crime thriller portraying the story of a crisis negotiation team. Son Ye Jin is offered the role of a negotiator named Ha Jae Yoon while Hyun Bin is offered to play Min Tae Gu, a kidnapper who holds his boss hostage. Min Tae Gu will be Hyun Bin's first antagonistic role if he accepts the offer.

The film is saturated with intense action sequences that kept viewers at the edges of their seats in Cannes. The film received a lengthy standing ovation after its midnight premiere from the audience, which included famed director Park Chan Wook.

In the interview, Park Chan Wook mentioned a new generation of Korean directors such as Yeon Sang Ho, who directed Train to Busan.
