Jo Sung Wook, a trainee from Produce 101 Season 2 who left the show after the first round of eliminations, has become the first contestant from the show to sign an advertisement deal.

On May 22, Jo Sung Wooks agency, OUI Entertainment, released a statement saying, After his elimination from Produce 101 Season 2, one of our trainees, Jo Sung Wook, very fortunately received an offer for an advertisement deal, which will make him the first trainee from the show to do so.

Maroo Entertainment trainee Park Ji Hoon shared his thoughts on the change in his ranking.

Previously on the 6th episode of 'Produce 101' season 2, Park Ji Hoon, who has ranked #1 for four consecutive weeks, lost his spot to Kim Jong Hyun and was bumped down to #3. (You can check out the full rankings of week 6 here.)

On the May 26 episode, Kim Jong Hyun shared his thoughts on taking first place, and said, "I'm very happy but the ranking is very high. I appreciate it."

Hong Suk Chun names the trainee he thinks will succeed after 'Produce 101' season 2

Hong Suk Chun talked about the trainees on 'Produce 101' season 2 that have caught his attention. 

On the June 8 airing of 'Life Bar', Hong Suk Chun joined as the guest. During the talk, he revealed, "I have predicted Kim Jong Hyun will rank in the top. He's not only handsome but can also sing well and have a great personality. I can just tell by the way he talks."
