The former JYP Entertainment trainee surprised many by participating in the new Mnet girl group production program 'Idol School'.

In the first episode aired on July 13, Natty shed tears and explained her departure from JYP, saying, "I left JYP because I wanted to do well and live up to the expectations but got frustrated when I couldn't. It felt weird when I was wrapping things up.."

Former JYP trainee and Sixteen contestant Natty opened up about why she left the agency in the first episode of Mnets Idol School.

On July 13, the much anticipated reality show Idol School premiered, and an entrance ceremony was held for the 41 new students.

One of the students was Natty, whom many of the students recognized from JYPs survival audition Sixteen.

Natty teared up as she revealed her reason for leaving the agency, saying, I had to do well to fulfill high expectations, but it was so frustrating because I couldnt.

Former JYP Entertainment trainee Park Ji Wonrevealed why she decided to leave the agency.

Currently, Park Ji Won is participating in Mnetgirl group production program 'Idol School'. On the August 17 episode, Park Ji Won was placed in the same class asSeo Hae Rinand Lee Seo Yeon, who are also former trainees from the BIG3 (SM, YG, JYP) agencies of Korea.

While sharing concerns, Park Ji Won stated, "I was very frustrated after 'Sixteen'. The friends I was with on the program have debuted. I felt empty. I wanted to make my debut faster so I left JYP."

G.Soul responded, I was in my previous agency for a really long time, so I wanted to try working in a new environment with some new people. I like my agency right now.

Muzie explained, "When you're working for a company, there has to be a process in which both parties are working together. There were things the agency was expecting from me and as an employee, I couldn't only push the music I wanted to do. As I left the company, I had many thoughts of wanting to show everything I can as an individual. I felt that I could get away from the tasks that fit the company's system and freely enjoy music."
