Current 'Produce 101' season 2 trainee Kim Samuel, formerly known as Punch, will be taking firm legal action against malicious commenters due to false rumors and verbal abuse spreading on the web.

His label Brave Entertainment addressed the malicious comments spreading online, stating they have crossed the line in regard to the amount a 16-year-old can deal with. Previously, Kim Samuel has been subject to a series of rumors, including false rumors about his Chinese fans manipulating votes, bullying rumors, verbal abuse, inappropriate sexual references, and more.

Zhuo Wei, a Chinese Paparazzi, has recently been trying to spread rumors concerning a variety of different celebrities including former EXO member Luhan.

The well-known Chinese paparazzi, Zhuo Wei, held a paid QA session on April 13, where those attending could ask as many questions as they want and get his honest answer.

After the session was over, Zhuo Wei uploaded it online, and whoever was willing to pay could listen to it.

Zhuo Weis answers provided zero fact-based evidence and the QA session appeared to be a fake rumor generating machine.

They revealed, As there have been unfounded comments of sexual harassment, false rumors, and defamation against our artists that crossed the boundaries, we will respond strongly. There will be no leniency.

The rumors had started with LABOUM's win on 'Music Bank', as viewers couldn't believe a song that ranked so low on digital charts could have won. Also, the first-week album sales count of 28,000 is a very high jump from their previous album's 900 first-week sales and 3,000 total sales.

However, LABOUM's label said,

LABOUM's 2nd mini album 'MISS THIS KISS' is definitely not sajaegi. We are currently pursuing a lawsuit against those writing hate comments saying this is sajaegi for spreading false information.
