[Orion's Drama News] Haunting Pasts and Juicy Time Slips

Time is cruel and in Dramaland it is also a big troll, which brings us to the theme of today's dramas. "Someone Noticeable" takes a look at someone's past for the sake of someone's future and "Live Up to Your Name" is the latest in line of time travel dramas. I have more news, as usual, including the return of Lee Bo-young in a drama I will be keeping my eye on.

Kim Nam-gil and Kim Ah-joong are here to be awesome in their own special way for the posters of "Live Up to Your Name". The series may be cast with actors who enjoy their serious works and I am already hearing people taking bets on how Kim Nam-gil will die, but the series' promotion is light in tone so far and one can hope. The drama has also released a new teaser where our time traveler ogles to the brea- I mean best of his abilities.

[Orion's Drama News] Closing the Investigation

Park your life woes at the door and let them think about what they did, because today I talk drama production problems and the sad cancellation of "Housewife Detective". Fret not, however, as the usual and much happier news of image and video goodies as well as casting announcements are here just like every week.

As strong as the desire of some drama fans to keep our rose-tinted escapism glamorous in our minds may be, the reality of drama production does not change. Things have not turned out well for "Housewife Detective" and while cancellations are normal, it is still a shame to see someone's creative work lose its chances so close to creation. The problems "Housewife Detective" has been faced with have not been revealed, but they ultimately do not matter for fans. May the creators involved better luck in the future.

[Orion's Drama News] Hands-On Romances and Selfish Authors

Today I bring you courtroom love and violent bickering with "Suspicious Partner" a.k.a "Ji Chang-wook's first romantic comedy". I also take a turn for the selfish and fawn over all the upcoming dramas I have my eye on, which have released new material. May the Dramagods grace us all with fun spring and summer dramas.

I would also call my partner suspicious (and call the police) if he kicked me in the face or if he responded to kicks in the face with infatuated smiles, but this is Dramaland and this is one of the two new teasers for "Suspicious Partner". The series looks like a typical modern romantic comedy, meaning one including murders. It has worked before, however, so I do not worry too much. Ji Chang-wook is looking spiffy and Nam Ji-hyeon will hopefully be doing more than being damseled, so bring on the cute.

[Orion's Drama News] Trolling Teasers

Between awards and the upcoming elections, we are witnessing some pretty intense in their respective venue weeks . If you appreciated my ramblings on the dramas I am looking forward to last week, then you are in the right article. Selfish Ori returns and I bring teaser woes along with the usual news.

The Curse of Lackluster Teasers

Anyone who actively follows drama news knows basic information about shows of interest. While teaser videos are not supposed to reveal too much, I do feel deflated when all they do is wield star power. Even my upcoming dramas of interest are guilty of this to a degree. "Circle" does quite well, as its two teasers have style and tease mystery. On the other hand "Lookout" has little to offer aside from a cast looking comically tense. Even "Secret Forest" does this in its new teasers. Throw us a bone here, productions.

Park Bo Young reveals the time her heart truly pounded for Hyungsik during drama filming

Park Bo Young talked about her co-star Hyungsik from recently ended drama 'Strong Woman Do Bong Soon' with 'Woman Sense'.

Previously, Park Bo Young revealed that the drama staffs suspected that she and Hyungsik are dating in real life. However, she emphasized to 'Woman Sense' that "There's no way Hyungsik and I will ever date."

But she did admit her heart truly pounded for him once during drama filming. Park Bo Young talked about the cherry blossom kiss scene, and explained, "That scene was hectic. There were a lot of people watching so I told that we should finish it fast and leave. In the scene, Hyungsik said to me, 'Please like me. Please look at me', and my heart was pounding before I knew it."
