Police Share Update On Investigation Of Death Threats Against Apink

The investigation into death threats recently made against Apink continues.

It was revealed on April 19 that the court has issued a seizure and search warrant, which was requested by investigators who are seeking to arrest the man who made death threats against Apink.

To comply with this, Gangnam Police Agency is tracking the phone numbers that the man used to call police to say that he would kill the Apink members for going on what he thought was inappropriate television shows.

Police personnel was dispatched by Seoul Gangnam's Police Station after receiving an emergency call of a death threat towards A Pink.

A broadcast affiliate revealed in an exclusive to Osen, "On June 14, around 9 pmKST about six or seven police officials rushed over to A Pink's agency. It seems they were ordered to provide protection and immediately investigate the site after receiving death threat calls pertaining to A Pink."

Police continue investigation into A Pink's death threat incident

It appears the investigation is far from over as police recently gave an update regarding A Pink's death threat situation.

On June 19, it was revealed the court issued a search and seizure warrant requested by police in order to capture the alleged person who made death threat calls towards girl group A Pink.

In the meantime, officers at the Gangnam Police Station are working to trace 112 calls made by the culprit. Police stated, "The death threats were made not once, but multiple times. The person used domestic phone lines as well as international lines to avoid being tracked."

Police Give Update Into Investigation About Ga Ins Marijuana Accusations On Instagram

After Ga In became involved in controversy on Instagram by alleging that a friend of her boyfriend Joo Ji Hoon offered her marijuana, the police have given an update as to their ongoing investigation into the matter.

Earlier this month, Ga In was questioned by the police about her posts. On June 25, a source from the police stated that the narcotics investigation department of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency had received a search warrant for the communications record of Mr. Park, the man who Ga In accused of offering her marijuana, and was looking into his calls. Previously Ga In had uploaded pictures of texts she said she received from Mr. Park on her personal Instagram. Both Ga In and Mr. Park were questioned by the police on separate days on June 6 and 8.

He was slated to come to the police station around 5:40 pm but personally decided to come back sooner. 

T.O.P was on a personal vacation from his military duties when news of his illegal marijuana use broke out. 

He agreed to talk to the press when he came to the station around 5:40 pm but went earlier with no prior notice.
