Prosecutors are seeking a sentence of 8 months in prison for Gil.

The rapper held his first trial for his DUI, where he admitted all the evidence presented was true. In June, he drank 3 bottles of sojuand drove with a blood alcohol level of 0.164%.

This marks his third time being caught with a DUI - first in 2004, second in 2014 (with a license suspension in 2014), and now in2017. He admitted tothe DUI charges and said, "I will accept all punishment because my crime is very heavy."

On June 22, the Seoul Central District Court gave him a prison sentence of 18 months.

Cha Joo Hyuk apologized for his illegal behavior, saying, I usually cant even drink one glass of alcohol, but I began drinking while trying to stop drug consumption. I was having a rough time and even ended up causing an accident.

According to an official from YG, Psy will be returning with a new studio album in May.  This will mark a year and a half since he released his 7th album 'Chiljip Psy-da.'

The official from YG Entertainment stated, "We are unable to reveal the exact date at this time. However, Psy's 8th album is currently in its finalizing stages and has been confirmed for a May release."

Korean Woman Sentenced To Prison For Biting Drunk Mans Tongue After He Tried To Kiss Her

A woman who was forcibly kissed by a man is now being sentenced to prison after biting his tongue in self-defense.

On February 16 of last year, a 46-year-old man and a 50-year-old woman were drinking together at a cafe in Incheon when the man supposedly demanded sex from the woman while forcibly kissing her. As an act of self-defense, the woman bit his tongue to try and stop him. The man received severe injuries as a result of the bite and took 7 weeks to heal.

The unnamed woman who testified in court, explained how the man had hit her, grabbed her, and forced himself on her. She has now been sentenced to six months in prison, with a two-year suspended sentence by Incheons 12th Criminal Courts chief judge.
