The July 28 airing of SBS' 'Laws of the Jungle in Komodo' featured the members making an attempt at underwater fishing.

Despite the limited visibility as it was night time, EXID's Hani and Seventeen's Mingyu dressed up in proper diving gear as they dived into the water to catch fish.  

"It's getting late and there's not much time left to hunt.  We can do this," said Hani, determinedly.  With the help of captain Kim Byung Man, the idol singer managed to spot a Trumpet Fish.  After struggling for some time, she successfully caught the wild sea creature.

Hani and Lee Soo Geun have been confirmed for the next 'Laws of the Jungle'.

SBS told MBN, "Lee Soo Geun and Hani have confirmed their appearance on 'Laws of the Jungle'. They'll be appearing in the series after the currently airing 'Laws of the Jungle: Wild in New Zealand'. It'll start airing in August when the current series finishes."

The new crew will head over to the jungle at the end of June.

On June 13, a representative from SBS confirmed that EXIDs Hani, GFRIENDs Yerin, Lee Soo Geun, Song Jae Hee, Lee Wan, Lee Tae Hwan, and Choi Won Young will be appearing on Law of the Jungle.

Sources have reported that they will be heading over to Indonesia in two groups, but SBS has responded, The production staff is still in the process of casting so we havent decided who will go with which group. Due to the format of these upcoming episodes, we havent even revealed the final destination to our cast members yet. Its true that there will be a stopover in Indonesia but it is not the final exploration site. Please watch the episode to find out where they go.

According to an exclusive report by OSEN on June 15, Seventeen member Mingyu has been confirmed to make an appearance on SBS 'Laws of the Jungle' and he recently attended a staff meeting.

One insider stated despite his busy schedule, the idol star has a strong urge to explore the jungle, thus was added to the official 'Laws of the Jungle' roster.  The staff was also impressed by Mingyu's bright and determined nature in joining their team.

On his first day, Mingyu started working on a fire by digging out a hole for a firepit. During his interview before heading off for the island of Komodo, he shared,"When I was young, I really enjoyed constructing things. If I didn't become a singer then I would have wanted to do something relevant to architecture or design." Mingyu showed his extensive DIY abilities by constructing a handmade breathing tank, a searchlight, and a wooden bed.
