In a phone interview with Osen on June 15, A stated he had no intention of actually murdering any of the members. A expressed, "I called because I saw the reports and felt it was unfair. I didn't make death threats because A Pink's agency tried to sue me for making malicious comments. I called them twice. I never interrupted their business either."

TWICEs Minas management company, JYP Entertainment, released their official statement about an Ilbe user who made a death threat against the artist.

On May 13, they wrote, Hello, this is JYP Entertainment. After discussing with our legal team the post made on May 13 by an Ilbe user which contained a death threat against TWICEs Mina, we relay that we will be filing civil and criminal suits. There will be no leniency. Also, we will be taking a strong stance against similar incidents in the future with the help of all aspects of legal action possible.

Following the death threats, A Pink stepped forward to express how they felt about the incident.

On June 15, member Hayoung wrote on A Pink's official fansite, "Due to the troubling incident which occurred last night, our fandom, family, agency staff, and our affiliates have been deeply concerned about us.  When we first heard about it, we were both in shock and scared, however after finding out the reason why it happened and to what degree, we were rather upset."

Produce 101 contestant Jang Moon Bok allegedly received death threats from other contestants fans on the way to a hidden mission.

A video was recently uploaded on Twitter showing fans of Produce 101 waiting to see their favorite contestants heading into the studio to record a hidden mission.

In this video, Jang Moon Bok rolled down his window to greet the fans waiting outside and waved to them as he drove past.

As he passed by, one fan shouted Fuck off, fuck which can be heard very clearly in the video, and another fan allegedly shouted Go die, which wasnt recorded.

Police dispatched to Apink's agency after receiving death threats

Police personnel was dispatched by Seoul Gangnam's Police Station after receiving an emergency call of a death threat towards A Pink.

A broadcast affiliate revealed in an exclusive to Osen, "On June 14, around 9 pmKST about six or seven police officials rushed over to A Pink's agency. It seems they were ordered to provide protection and immediately investigate the site after receiving death threat calls pertaining to A Pink."
