On the July 28 broadcast of Mnet's 'Show Me The Money 6', the surviving rappers were tasked with a surprise mission consisting of 7 rappers being drawn randomly and grouped together to battle it out in a cypher, with the lowest ranking rapper per group facing elimination.

[Spoilers ahead]Untouchable's Sleepy, who auditioned for 'Show Me The Money 6' in order to prove to the public that he's actually a rapper and not a variety show personality, was chosen in a group with Rhythm Power's Hangzoo, JJK, Ja Mezz, Hash Swan, Black Nine, and Lee Yong Jin. The contestants standing by, as well as the 8 producers, agreed that the group was the 'Group of Death', with all 7 rappers having shown promising skills so far in the competition. 4 of the rappers in the group, including Hangzoo, JJK, Hash Swan, and Black Nine, had passed the 2nd round with all-passes.

On the latest episode of Mnet's 'Show Me The Money 6' aired on August 4, the competitors and producer teams carried out their first official team track mission!

Each team received a brand new beat from their producers, with the 5 surviving rappers in each team contributing verses to the track to perform in front of all of the judges. One rapper from each team faced elimination this round, in addition to their verse from the track being excluded from the single release.

The first round of auditions for 'Show Me The Money 6' continued airing on the July 7 episode. 

Previously, rapper Sleepy, who debuted in the group Untouchable in 2008, surprised many by announcing that he's auditioning for the rapper competition program. 

On this week's broadcast, Sleepy opened up about his decision, and said, "Some people know me as a comedian, some as a soldier. I used to be called the monsters of music charts when I debuted in Untouchable. I just started going on variety shows because it was fun but I could no longer fit in the hip-hop scene as time flew."

The second round of auditions aired on the July 14 episode of 'Show Me The Money 6'.

Rapper Sleepy, who passed the first round despite making a mistake, stood before the judges for the second time.

Prior to Sleepy's performance, Gaeko commented, "I feel like you're looking at yourself with a prejudiced mind more than we are." Tiger JK agreed and said, "I think that, too." When asked how far he wants to go on 'Show Me The Money 6', Sleepy answered, "I think it'll already be a huge success if I make it pass this."

Sleepy recently talked about what hes gained from competing in Mnets Show Me The Money 6 after getting his results.

On July 28, Show Me The Money 6 moved on to the cipher round in order to determine teams. Contestants were put into groups of seven. The rules were that the contestant to come in first would get to choose their producer team and the contestant to come in last would be eliminated.

Sleepy was in the second group with many other skilled rappers like JJK and Hash Swan, and he was unfortunately eliminated. Upon hearing the cipher, the producers applauded the group and said, Everyone did really well, and I was hoping for someone to make a mistake to make our decision easier.
