Big Bang's T.O.P has been sentenced for his marijuana usage.

After pleading guilty to all charges, the court determined the idol guilty of all four charges of marijuana, with two being liquid marijuana. He has been sentenced to two years of probation with 10 months of prison if probation is broken, as well as a fine of 12,000 KRW (approximately 10 USD).

Both H and T.O.P were found to have illegally smoked marijuana together on 4 different occasions in October of last year. On June 16, 22-year-old H was found guilty and sentenced to 4 years of probation under the 'Act on the Management of Narcotic Drugs' laws. She was also ordered 120 hours of drug counseling and given a fine of 870,000 Won (~$767.72 USD).

Former idol and Co-ed School member ChaJoo Hyuk has been sentenced in regard to his misuse of drugs and alcohol.

The Seoul Central District made a settlement sentencing Cha Joo Hyuk to a year and six months of imprisonment, as well as a hefty fine of $4500 for violating the Act on Narcotic Management and the Act on Traffic Accident Treatment.
