SM Entertainmenthas already responded to the situation, but it seems Taeyeon wanted to reassure fans she was doing okay. On August 18, Taeyeon made the post below with the message, "I'm fine. I'm finished with the performance. It's the end of a scheduled day."

She added,"Thank you for cheering me on and holding up pink lights. This situation was my agency's mistake, so don't feel too bad about it."

Previously, Taeyeon was put in a dangerous situation at the airport in Jakarta due to the overwhelming number of fans who crowded around her during her arrival, causing her to fall down and shed tears. SME told news outlets on August 18, "Taeyeon suffered a big shock due to the chaotic situation at the airport in Indonesia earlier, but as of now, she is at ease. She is more worried about the fans who were present, and whether they were hurt or not. We have received sincere apologies from the host, and will put in efforts to strengthen security measures in multitude so that there will be no more issues during arrivals, departures, performance areas, and more."
