The East Light Announces Return Of Produce 101 Season 2 Contestant Lee Woo Jin To The Group

The East Light will be promoting as six members!

On July 4, band The East Light announced through Twitter that trainee Lee Woo Jin would now be officially a part of the group. Lee Woo Jin was not able to participate in the groups first promotions, despite technically being a member (he was announced to be the bands hidden card), and took time off to appear in the survival program Produce 101 Season 2.

In a reply to their first tweet, The East Light also announced that they had plans to launch their first studio album as six members. Before that, however, Sa Kang and Woo Jin will be releasing a special digital single together on July 13.

The mother of Yoo Seon Hos middle school classmate recently posted on an online community, revealing what she had witnessed while she was volunteering at his school during lunch time.

She wrote, A teacher was walking back into the building after smoking a cigarette when he suddenly ran into Yoo Seon Ho. After noticing that his teacher had smoked, Yoo Seon Ho lightly scolded him, saying, You smoked, right? You told me you would quit smoking! When his teacher got embarrassed, he continued, You cant smoke again, okay?'

The time has come once again, where we must unfortunately bid farewell to many talented trainees on Produce 101 Season 2.

On the May 26 broadcast of the show, the top 35 contestants who will be moving on to the next challenge were revealed. The ranking is based on the combination of online votes and live audience voting from the previous position-based challenge. Any bonuses earned by top contenders in each team and category during the previous challenge were also added to the final score.

JBJ (Just Be Joyful) is a (so far) imaginary group created by fans that includes seven trainees from Produce 101 Season 2 who were eliminated when the top 20 finalists were announced: Kim Yong Guk, Kwon Hyun Bin, Takada Kenta, Noh Tae Hyun, Kim Sang Gyun, Kim Dong Han, and Kim Tae Dong. The guys are known to be close friends after meeting on the show, and some of them have already addressed the popularity of the idea of their debut together.

A new project group of Produce 101 Season 2 trainees is officially gearing up to make their debut!

On August 25, an announcement was made through Project RAINZ, the collective formed by the members agencies. They stated, There will be a total of seven members in RAINZ, and they will be C2K Entertainments Kim Seong Ri, K-Tigers Entertainments Byun Hyun Min, WH CREATIVEs Seo Sung Hyuk, 2Y Entertainments Lee Ki Won, OUI Entertainments Jang Dae Hyun, 2ABLE Companys Joo Won Tak, and CON Entertainments Hong Eun Ki. They will be making their debut in October through a mini album.
