Fan matches 'Produce 101' concept songs to BTS, Seventeen, WINNER, BTOB, and VIXX

A fan's work on 'Produce 101' has caught the attention of many viewers.

The 'Produce 101' boys will soon be matched to their concept songs: the Nu Disco song "Show Time", the Future EDM song "Open", the Synth Pop/Funk song "I Know You Know", the Deep House song "Never", and the Hip Hop song "Oh Little Girl".

A fan matched the songs to idol groups that have debuted already, and the matches couldn't be more perfect! "Open" was matched to VIXX's "Eternity", "Oh Little Girl" was matched to WINNER's "Baby Baby", "Show Time" was matched to Seventeen's "Pretty U", "Never" was matched to BTS' "Spring Day", and "I Know You Know" was matched to BTOB's "Movie". Not only do the songs match the mood of the MV, fans think that the songs match the group's sounds as well.

Ravi Publicly Denounces The Artists Who Plagiarized VIXX This Year

VIXXs Ravi has finally spoken up about the multiple times they were plagiarized by different artists from around the world.

Over the course of just a few months, VIXX has suffered from a rash of plagiarism of several of their songs. Turkish rapper Kursun and Egyptian singer Reda Mandor plagiarized VIXXs Dynamite, Chinese group TVBOYS plagiarized VIXXs entire performance of Heroes of the Remix, and Produce 101 contestant Jung Wonchul plagiarized Ns solo performance from their concert.

On May 22, Jellyfish Entertainment officially addressed the recent controversy that has risen after many noticed similarities between a new Chinese film OST and VIXX LRs 2015 release Beautiful Liar, a track co-composed by VIXXs own Ravi.

They stated, It is extremely regrettable that a controversy has risen because a creative work co-composed by our companys artist and composer was indiscriminately used.

In order to protect the copyright of our agencys artist, we have currently submitted a request to Korea Music Copyright Association to check whether plagiarism has occurred. We plan to take strong action in line with the results.
