According to information released on the afternoon of July 20 KST, Wanna Ones debut mini album has already received 500,000 preorders for stock by distributors. CJ EM later further confirmed the news.

Its unheard of that a group that has not debuted sees such results in stock preorders, and it goes to show how large the following is from Mnets Produce 101 Season 2. In general, 500,000 is an immense number of stock orders. To put things in perspective, popular groups EXO and BTS are the only ones known to exceed this number of copies for preorders by distributors in the current day and age.

EXO-CBXs first Japanese release is out and its already receiving lots of love!

Their mini album GIRLS was officially released on May 24, and sold a noteworthy 26,541 physical copies in just the first day alone, and placed them second on Oricons daily album chart. It continued to be second place on on the daily album chart for May 25, with 22,248 copies sold.

In addition to title track Ka-CHING!, the album includes a Japanese version of their Korean debut title Hey Mama, and five entirely new songs that showcase EXO-CBXs own color. The Japanese media reported, A slight contrast to EXOs unique sound, [EXO-CBXs] diversified pop sound is well-loved.

Upcoming Boy Group Wanna One Lands Another Brand Deal Ahead Of Debut

Before the members of Wanna One were even announced, the boy group had landed a modeling deal with a school uniform brand.

Now, ahead of their upcoming debut, Wanna One has secured another brand deal, this time with the snack brand Yo-Hi and Probiotic Chocolat. The snacks are conglomerate Lotte Confectionerys representative probiotic snack brand and features wafers or chocolate balls made with yogurt cream. Both types of snacks also contain lactic acid bacteria for probiotic purposes.

On May 1, the group revealed a short music video for title track Ka-CHING! from their upcoming Japanese debut mini album, Girls.

As fun and catchy as their Korean debut title, Ka-CHING! takes on another lotto-themed concept as the trio jams out with another great choreography.

Ka-CHING! is one of six tracks that will be included on their Girls mini album, along with an extra bonus track. The full mini album and music video will be available on May 24, marking EXO-CBXs official Japanese debut. They will be briefly promoting domestically in Japan, with several magazine appearances as well as a free showcase scheduled for the beginning of June.
