SISTARs Bora And Kim Ji Suk To Star In Koreas First Web Movie

SISTARs Bora and Kim Ji Suk will star in the web movie Irish Uppercut.

On April 19, Starship Entertainment revealed the poster for the movie that will premiere in two parts on April 24 at 11 p.m. KST through Naver TV.

Irish Uppercut will show off the refreshing chemistry between the two leads with a gorgeous Jeju Island backdrop.  In the movie, Bora will be playing an adorable grim reaper by the name of Do Hye Na.  Do Hye Na has nothing going for her in this world, but when she passes away she meets a cook named Woo Shi Hyung, played by Kim Ji Suk, in the afterlife and they experience many episodes together in a pub called Irish Uppercut.

She cut her hair short to play her character on MBC's Wednesday-Thursday drama 'Glowing Office'. To match her versatile hairstyle, she went for a boyish look in some photos and a super feminine look in others. Sunhwa pulled off both images amazingly and showed how gorgeous she looked even with a bob.

E-sports has been confirmed as a new medal sport for the 2022 Asian Games held in China.

Competitive online gaming has seen a recent boom in popularity over the last years and is slowly starting to be taken seriously as a form of competitive sport. It has even demonstrated its ability to draw in huge crowds to its live competitive events, such as the 2014 League of Legends World Championship finals, which were held in South Korea in front of crowd of 40,000 people.

This distinct rise in popularity has led the organizing committee of the Asian Games, the Olympic Council of Asia, to partner up with Alisports, the sports arm of Chinas largest online retail company Alibaba Group.
