Fans bring huge zoom lens cameras hoping to catch a glimpse of their favorite idols at the voting polls

Netizens frowned at the recent bizarre action that some fans took in their effort to get close to their favorite idol stars.

On May 9, NCT's Jaehyun visited a poll site to vote for the next president of South Korea.  He was in line waiting for his turn when he was bombarded by avid fans holding professional-looking zoom lens cameras hoping to capture the perfect angle.

Wearing masks, the girls surrounded the poll site clicking the shutter button away at rapid speed.

Upon witnessing the unusual encounter, a netizen posted the incident on an online community board.  Netizen A commented, "Fans had the nerve to enter the poll site and take pictures of an idol.  The representatives warned them to stop taking photos, however, the fans ignored them and did not stop.  I quickly cast my vote and left the poll site because I was angry."
