TWICE has taken home their second trophy for their latest comeback, Signal!

TWICE beat out PSYs I LUV IT on the May 25 episode of M!Countdown. Instead of live performances, the show aired performances from KCON Japan this week, so the girls gave their thank-you speeches through a recorded video. TWICE thanked Park Jin Young, who made their title track, as well as their fans, known as ONCE.

Over 30,000 people attended KCON Japan this year, which took place over three days from May 19-21. 27 artists (groups, solo artists and special units) performed at the concerts, including Block B, 2PMs Junho, GOT7, SEVENTEEN, Apink, PRISTIN, ASTRO, Heize, DAY6, Cosmic Girls (WJSN), DAY6, CNBLUE, MONSTA X, BTOB, and many, many more.

iKON, who recently made a comeback with New Kids: Begin, guested on the May 29 broadcast of SBS Power FMs 2 OClock Escape Cultwo Show.

After talking about member Chanwoo sharing the same name as DJ Jung Chan Woo, they introduced their new title tracks B-DAY and BLING BLING. They also discussed their new English stage names (Donghyuk as DK, Chanwoo as Chan, etc.), which were given to them by their agency representative Yang Hyun Suk. Donghyuk explained that his name DK came from the first and last letters of his romanized name, but Junhoe revealed that the members wanted to make it stand for dancing king since hes the best dancer of the group.

SF9 And Girls Day Are First In Lineup For KCON 2017 LA

KCON USA presented by Toyota has just announced its first group of artists in their LA edition of their music festival. SF9 and Girls Day lead the lineup.

This will be SF9s first time at KCON, with the group heading to both NY and LA. With the nine-member boy group, fans can look forward to seeing FNC Entertainment’s – the agency that brought you bands FTISLAND and CNBLUE – first dance boy group.

Girls Day is a four-member girl group formed by Dream Tea Entertainment in 2010, debuting with the EP Girls Day Party #1. They most recently released the EP Girls Day Everyday #5 in March 2017.

Girls Day and SF9 are the first artists announced for KCON Los Angeles

KCON will be returning to Los Angeles in 2017 for the sixth straight year and theyve begun teasing fans with an exciting taste of their lineup.

KCON Los Angeles will take place between August 18-20 at the LA Convention Center in Los Angeles, California. It has been announced that the first 2 groups attending will be Girls Day and SF9. SF9 will also be attending KCON New York in June while Girls Day will be making their first ever visit to KCON.
