On August 28, the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in Beijing announced that they will be creating a wax figure after Lay. He will be the first EXO member to have a wax figure made after him, and will become the third SM Entertainment artist to have done so after TVXQ and Super Juniors Choi Siwon.

Meanwhile, the EXO member has been showing his charms through his Chinese activities. Through Madame Tussauds, which is well known for having particular standards for choosing their stars, Lay has proven once again his popularity and influence in China.

EXO's Lay is getting his very own wax figurine to be displayed at the famous Madame Tussauds museum!  

On August 28, Madam Tussauds Beijing revealed the exciting news of Lay's wax figure production.  The statue will be on public display at the museum in Beijing on September 8.  This will mark the very first time for an EXO member to be turned into a wax figurine, this will be SM Entertainment's third artist overall, following after TVXQ and Super Junior's Siwon.

Lay appeared at the museum wearing a black suit, just like his wax figure was. He hung his arm over its shoulder and posed leisurely as well as kissed its cheek. He even copied the wax figures pose by putting one hand in his pocket and forming an L-shape with his other hand. From Lays chiseled good looks to his slender body, the wax figure is a spitting image of him.
