Heechul admits many celebrities' careers have hit rock bottom due to social media

The June 6 episode of KBS 2TV's new variety show 'Pot Stand' featured Heechul, TWICE, Lee Kyung Kyu, Ahn Jae Wook, and Lee Yong Dae meeting for the first time.

'Pot Stand' is a real variety show wherein guests publish their own books, recording the events of their daily lives to share them with others. Lee Kyung Kyu, Super Junior's Heechul, and Ahn Jae Wook are the hosts, with Yoo Hee Yeol as a special member. 

Heechul confessed, "I don't like books nor do I enjoy reading them."  He went on, "And I thought whether if I can publish a book myself.  I would write a guidebook about girl groups which is a topic I like and am well fond of."

Yang Yoseob had kicked things off for the drama with its first OST track Couldnt Cry Because Im a Man (literal title). For his new track, the idol has teamed up with Gyuberlake and worked on every aspect of the song, from composing the melody to writing the lyrics and arranging the music. Tree is set to be the singers first traditional ballad as well.

On Tuesday, June 6th, 2017, K-pop fans across the world watched as Big Bang member T.O.P.'s marijuana scandal made the transition from a reputation-damager to a genuine threat to wellbeing. Initial press reports indicated that T.O.P. had deliberately taken an excess of some medication and was unconscious. He did not regain consciousness until June 8th, and it's still unclear exactly what state he is in. This comes following a busy week that saw T.O.P. face intense legal and media scrutiny after it was revealed that he was under investigation for consumption of marijuana, which is illegal and socially frowned upon in South Korea.

Social media leads to a mob fight of more than 100 high schoolers

Aggressive social media interaction sparked a mob fight of more than 100 high schoolers.

On June 12,Incheon Namdong Police Department revealed they're currently investigating 30 high schoolers from the Incheon area and others from Siheung area for a mob fight.

Student A (16) started the fight online against the students of Siheung with aggressive social media posts with threats stating he will beat them up.
