Topp Dogg are the next group to audition for upcoming idol rebooting project 'The Unit'

According to reports on September 19 (KST), boy group Topp Dogg is the next artist to put their names on the list of growing debuted idols and artists who want to showcase their talents and skills on KBS2's idol rebooting project, 'The Unit'. 

Reports claim several members of Topp Dogg excluding A-Tom, who will be promoting as a member of JBJ, will audition for the program. 'The Unit' will begin public recordings this September 29, before its premiere on October 28. Solo artist Rain has been confirmed as a mentor for the auditioning artists.

TheHunus Entertainmentgroup has gone through its share of member departures, and the agency confirmed Hansol, P-Goon, and Nakta are also leaving the group. On September 29, the agency stated Hansol had expressed his desire to no longer be a part of the group and left the dormitory, and he's currently planning to enlist for his mandatory military service. Leader P-Goon is also enlisting and is planning to focus on acting following his discharge. As for Nakta, Hunus explained, "We're respecting his desire to promote solo as an electronica musician, and his exclusive contract has been canceled."

Fans are greatly concerned about Topp Dogg's Hansol after watching his recent live broadcast.

On June 23, Hansol started a live broadcast via Instagram. According to fans, the idol made several suicidal statements in a teary voice during the live streaming. He reportedly said, "I want to kill myself," and also showed cars passing by and commented, "That could probably kill me."

'Produce 101's Kim Sang Kyun (Topp Dogg's A-Tom) has sold out his solo fanmeeting.

He'll be holding 'Gyun Ting X_X' on the 26th, and his label Hunus Entertainment revealed that he had sold out all seats to his fanmeeting as soon as tickets went on sale.

They revealed, "Originally, he was going to have a mini fanmeeting with just 100 fans. However, with the fans' support, we decided to have sell tickets to the fanmeeting so we can have it in a bigger area. We thank fans who sent so much interest."
